Delete your Beat Ball data

Beat Ball by Digcy has no accounts. Your progress is kept on your phone, and the world leaderboard keeps your nickname, country flag and scores. Here is how to delete each.

Leaderboard entry: email hello@digcy.com with the subject "Delete my Beat Ball leaderboard entry" and your nickname (shown at the bottom of the Leaderboard screen in the game). We delete your player ID, nickname, country and all your scores within 30 days and reply when it's done.
Game data on your phone: uninstall Beat Ball, or go to your phone's Settings → Apps → Beat Ball → Storage → Clear storage. This deletes your level, diamonds, balls, best scores and settings. It can't be undone.
Ad data (Unity Ads): reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads), and turn off personalised ads in the game under Settings → Ad choices. To ask Unity to delete data linked to your device, follow Unity's privacy policy.
Purchases: your purchase history is kept by Google Play, not by us. Manage it in your Google account.
